Bridges Health provides services through our several divisions including Mental Health, Technology, Health services, Adjudication, Disability Management, Attendance Management, Vocational Rehabilitation. Position Overview: Bridges Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team leading the Disability and Vocational Services team. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of disability management services to multiple customers. These services include, but are not limited to short-term disability management, adjudication services and employee attendance programs. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of support to our customers and clients. We are seeking an individual who has the capacity to initiate and grow this division of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Disability Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
2. Program Development: Develop and implement innovative strategies and programs to enhance our current customer disability programs and attract new customers to Bridges Health
3. Customer Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, collaborating closely to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
4. Staff Development: Support the professional growth and development our team of consultants through training, coaching, and mentorship, ensuring a high level of expertise and service delivery.
5. Quality Assurance: Monitor service delivery and outcomes, implementing quality assurance measures to uphold standards of excellence and drive continuous improvement.
6. Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and requirements.
7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on program performance as required Qualifications:
• Registered Rehabilitation Professoinal, RRP, CVRP or other related designation would be considered an asset but is not a requirement
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in disability management or related field, with a demonstrated track record of leadership
• Strong knowledge of disability legislation, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, driving engagement and results.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
