ANNUAL RENEWAL & CERTIFICATION COMPLIANCE

To maintain Good Standing with the College & on the Public Registry, Registrants must comply & upload to their profile by due date the following:

    1. 1 Year Submission of annual renewal declaration, fee, & current E&O/Liability Insurance certificate, completed & uploaded onto Registrants’ profile.
    2. 2 Year Completion & submission of approved continuing education units (CEUs), uploaded to Registrants’ profile under correct CEU title & proof of attendance.
    3. 5 Years Submission of a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check/Police Check from the date of Registrant’s last search, uploaded to Registrants’ profile.

All Registrants’ Certification compliance due dates (time is EST) are located on their CVRP profile.

If a CEU title is not on the CVRP Approved CEU List, Registrants must submit a pre or post approval application 2 weeks prior to the CEU due date. Upon approval Registrants must upload to their profile prior to CEU due date & under the correct CEU title & proof of attendance. CEUs uploaded under a incorrect title will be denied.

Pre-approval Application
Post-approval Application

If a Registrant cannot achieve CEU compliance by due date the Registrant must file a CEU extension application.

It is the Registrant’s responsibility to update contact information on their profile. If incorrect, it may lead to missed notifications, news, policy changes & announcements. Registrants are notified by the College of pending registration renewal, CEU submission deadlines, expired insurance &/or expired VSPC/PC.

Registrants who have not met credential compliance prior to deadlines (time is EST) will be classified as Administrative Suspension, a penalty assessed & status reflected on the Public Registry. Failure to comply with the outstanding registration maintenance requirements within the 30-day administrative suspension period will result in immediate Registration Suspension. If a registration suspension remains outstanding for 60 days, the credential is revoked, profile is deactivated & removed from the public registry.

Please refer to the Administrative Suspension & Reinstatement Policy.
