Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Duties include but not limited to case management of a diverse portfolio by providing services of:
Adjudication
Alternative treatment options
Healthcare navigation
Liaison with medical providers, unions, and employers
Managing sick leave
Mental Health
Physical injury
Return to work (RTW) coordination and monitoring
Short-term and Long-term disability assistance
Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) testing

Psychology
Vocational Rehabilitation
Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) testing
Experience & Competencies Required:
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organization and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Problem solver, self-driven, and results with a positive outlook
Education: University Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1-2 Years
