Dr. Garry Corbett will be covering a range of interventions, strategies and processes related to disability management based on member feedback! You will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive practical applications for your work.
Garry has been involved in disability management and vocational rehabilitation for over 45 years. He has delivered disability management services to individuals, multinational corporations, unions and governments across Canada and various other countries throughout the world.
He is currently semi-retired but continues offering disability management workshops across Canada and is an adjunct professor at Pacific Coast University. He is the author of numerous books and articles, including the CVRP Study Guide, CDMP Study Guide and Challenges in Disability Management. He was a past President of the Manitoba Society of VRAC as well as the National President. Currently, he sits on the VRAC Education Committee and is the lead for the OLA Module Development Committee. He is also the Chancellor of the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals and the Chair of the Examination Committee.
