Realize is hosting the 6th National Summit on Episodic Disabilities and Employment on  March 18 and 19, 2026 from 12pm to 4:00pm (Eastern Time) on both days.

  • Identify how episodic disability affects employment from people with lived experience.
  • Understand the ethical, economic, and social implications of increased AI use in the workplace.
  • Reflect on how return to in-person work policies can balance both organizational goals and individual employee well-being.
